For questions about the vote, editorial matters, media requests or partnership proposals, write to info@grandepreuve.com. We aim to reply within five working days.

Erasure requests — delete my details

You can ask us to erase your details at any time, and we will. Email info@grandepreuve.com with the subject line “Erasure request”, from the email address you used to vote, and tell us you want your record removed. We action erasure requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

When we erase your record we delete your name, email and ballot from the Casque d’Or register, subject to legal obligations. Unsubscribing stops optional email updates. Please note that erasing your ballot before the count closes also removes your vote from the tally.

To ask for access to your personal information, to correct it, or to unsubscribe from email updates, see our Privacy choices page for the relevant subject lines. We respond to access and correction requests within 30 days. Unsubscribe requests are actioned within five working days, and every marketing email also carries a one-click unsubscribe link. To make a privacy complaint, use the subject line “Privacy complaint”. We acknowledge within five working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Reporting a problem with the vote

If you believe a ballot has been submitted in your name without your permission, or you spot a technical issue with the Site, email us immediately so we can investigate and, if appropriate, remove the ballot.

Please note: we do not accept ballots, ballot changes or withdrawal requests by post. All ballot activity happens on the Site.
